Tony McCormack, beloved fiancé, Dad and Grandad, sadly passed away on 12th September 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was a polymath. He was an incredibly intelligent, humorous man, of great integrity. He loved his family and was a loyal friend. He had numerous interests - a love of live music, books, history, science, geology,  gardening and motor bikes - to name but a few. 

Tony was known to many through his website, pavingexpert.com. To quote a colleague, Tony was 'widely regarded as exactly that: an irreplaceable source of guidance, reference, expertise and information to the paving and landscaping industries.' Tony had a wealth of knowledge, which he was eager to share with others. His legacy will live on. 

We have received great comfort from the comments people have shared about Tony. You are welcome to share any memories or thoughts you have of Tony.

In memory of Tony, we are collecting donations for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. The staff at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool provided fantastic care for Tony and we appreciate everything they did for him.

We will also be collecting donations on the day of the funeral for Macmillan in thanks for their support.
